Salary: starting from $47,000/annually
Law firm specializing in real estate, condominium and homeowner association law, is in search of an individual to join our committed, cooperative, and vibrant team.
Candidate should be:
- Detail oriented
- Master multi-tasker
- Consistent and effective organizational, time management and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft products
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Punctual, hardworking and reliable
- Eager to embrace opportunity for continued growth
Key responsibilities for the position include:
- Preparing statements of account and meticulously reconciling ledgers
- Performing data entry with precise accuracy
- Effectively communicate and follow up with clients and debtors
- Prioritizing and managing numerous responsibilities and deadlines
- Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
- Drafting letters and pleadings
- Undertaking other assigned tasks and duties
This role is based in-person at our law firm office. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training and ample opportunities for advancement within the role. Our compensation package includes health benefits, a 401k with employer contribution, paid time off, and performance bonuses.
