Law firm specializing in real estate, condominium and homeowner association law, is in search of an individual to join our committed, cooperative, and vibrant team.

Key responsibilities for the position include:

• Preparing statements of account and meticulously reconciling ledgers
• Performing data entry with precise accuracy
• Effectively communicate and follow up with clients and debtors
• Prioritizing and managing numerous responsibilities and deadlines
• Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
• Drafting letters and pleadings
• Undertaking other assigned tasks and duties
