Our agency opened in 2018, and our team of four works together to create a positive, supportive environment where both our customers and team members feel valued. As a second-generation State Farm agent, insurance has always been a part of my life, and I'm passionate about helping customers protect what matters most. I attended Central Michigan University and am married with one child. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and keeping up with my active child. Giving back to our community is important to us. We participate in a back-to-school backpack drive, Thanksgiving events, local Chamber activities, and other community outreach opportunities throughout the year. We offer PTO and strive to maintain a fun, encouraging workplace where teamwork and positivity are a priority. Role Description

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amanda Ross - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
