We're looking for a Customer Account Representative to join our team. This is a great fit for someone with experience working with customers through retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or a similar people-focused role who is ready to build professional experience and take on something new.

We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching, so extensive industry experience isn't necessary. We're looking for someone dependable, personable, motivated, and comfortable communicating with different types of people.

What You'll Do

• 
  Work directly with customers and provide a positive, professional experience
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, and account options
• Learn how to represent and support client accounts
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Maintain accurate customer and account information
• Participate in ongoing training and team development
