Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have an MBA and a minimum of 11-15 years' related experience, with 9-10 years in a management role. The role requires strong business acumen, knowledge of emerging workforce and educational trends, and an entrepreneurial approach to developing innovative solutions. The CMO will be expected to develop and manage annual operating and budget plans, cultivate positive relationships with partners, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Essential skills include communication, mathematical, and critical thinking skills.
