Job Description:

D/E/N Rotating Shift Schedule on call/callback, floating, holidays and weekends per unit needs. The OR cares for a wide variety of patients, with specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, orthopedic, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma (level 1 trauma center). There are 2 Davinci robots that are used by multi-services. The transplant program involves livers, kidneys, and hearts.

Responsibilities:

• Able to scrub and circulate
• Care for patients across multiple specialties including orthopedics, neuro, and trauma

Requirements:

• RN License (NY state license ONLY)
• Two (2) years operating room experience in a level 1 trauma preferred
• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS (Preferred)
• Telemetry experience is highly desired
