Description Silverbell Golf Course , located in Tucson, AZ , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Greenskeeper ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key Responsibilities Rakes and maintains sand bunkers Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material Performs tasks related to course detail (weed and debris cleanup) Assists with golf course set-up procedures Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.) Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their respective work areas Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Performs other duties as required Minimum Qualifications One month of related experience or training Must have a valid driver's license Maintains regular and reliable attendance Benefits & Other Compensation This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Time Off – Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteria Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
