Domino’s Pizza is looking for a natural leader to act as the manager of a store. The role requires good judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities Responsible for everything that happens during your shift. Enforce cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. Manage staffing and paperwork. Take responsibility for food management, working to a schedule, maintaining image and standards. Deliver great customer service, ensure attendance punctuality, and provide transportation to/from work. Maintain store cleanliness and oversee marketing initiatives. Drive profitability. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, take and process orders, and complete associated paperwork. Train and orient new staff and provide on‑the‑job training. Qualifications Must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time. Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly. Make correct monetary change. Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area. Capability to work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
