Contract must continue into May. Earliest end date: May 4. 26 week assignment. Travelers may request standard and/or holiday time off (only one of the three major holidays); however, approval is at the client's discretion. Will position float between units: Yes. Is on-call required? No. Are weekends required? Yes according to scheduling needs. Are block schedules required? No. What are expected ratios? 1:5-6. Special requirements: Orthotrauma care: Managing post op ortho trauma surgery, blood administration, wound vacs, CPM, etc. Are 48 hours approved: No.

The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) is solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. (Scrub tops may have colored piping.) Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU). Women's services (L&D, Mom/Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire. b. The dress code for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.
