OneCoast is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced sales professional to represent Mud Pie products to independent retailers in a defined territory for western & northern Michigan that includes Kalamazoo, Lansing, Grand Rapids & Traverse City, MI. The ideal candidate will have A valid driver's license is required to perform this job The ability to travel on a daily basis within their specific territory: this is a road-sales position 2-3 years of outside, or retail, sales experience Intermediate computer skills including experience with Excel, Word & Outlook A "home office" that includes a laptop computer and/or tablet The ability to attend the national trade show(s) as determined by OneCoast sales management The ability to lift ~20lbs Applicants must already reside within the geography of the territory OneCoast offers an excellent compensation plan including Base salary period, converts to a Draw period, then converts to 100% Commission Monthly expenses allowance Medical, dental and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) Unlimited PTO Allocated days for community service New OneCoast Territory Managers receive onboarding and new hire training through a state-of-the‑art learning management system and are teamed up with a veteran peer who will mentor them for their first 90 days.
