Territory Manager

Territory Manager – Outside Sales Location: Grand Rapids, MI — full‑time, on‑site position. Priority1, Inc. is a national consulting and contract logistics company specializing in LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services. We are expanding our sales team and seeking enthusiastic, polished, and hardworking candidates to fill a Territory Manager role. Responsibilities Prospect new business (B2B door‑to‑door cold calling and lead generation). Utilize CRM to track activity and manage sales pipeline. Sell and set up new accounts, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle. Manage accounts and gather customer insights for up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities. Participate in Fast Start Program: 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management. Attend corporate training (3 weeks) within first 24 months; ongoing development and senior TM trainings. Qualifications 0–2 years of sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in business, marketing, or communication). Strong campus involvement or athletic background. Energetic, enthusiastic, polished professional appearance. Team orientation and drive for success. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $40,000+Uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance + reimbursement for gas receipts.
