Loan Officer - Bilingual (Spanish)

As a Financial Consultant I, you will help members with loans, accounts, and financial solutions that truly make a difference in their lives. Assist members with consumer loans, home equity products, credit cards, and other lending products from application to funding. Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and ensure accuracy of member transactions. Recommend appropriate credit union products and refer to specialists when necessary. Educate members on their financial options so they can make informed decisions. Help members navigate online banking and other self‑service tools. Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations to keep member information secure. Qualifications Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed financially. Strong communication skills, able to connect with people from all walks of life. Spanish‑speaking skills are a plus. Problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑focused mindset. Attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple priorities. Previous lending or financial services experience preferred; training will be provided.
