Job#: 3044702 Job Description: Recruiter - Recruiter I Location: Arlington, Virginia (Onsite) COMPENSATION: $36 - $38 HOURLY Role Overview This role supports the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment offers. The position involves high-volume hiring, managing approximately 100 requisitions with a target of achieving 60-80 offers per month. The focus will be on offer acceptances for management team roles such as area managers, operations staff, and process assistants in logistic operations. Key Responsibilities Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Manage high-volume hiring with a focus on achieving monthly offer targets. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate recruitment records. Follow established hiring policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Assist with new hire orientation as needed. Required Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of recruiting or related experience is required. Technical Skills: Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental recruiting principles, employment practices, and talent acquisition processes. Preferred Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
