Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
• Directly supervises Administrative Coordinator 3 employees by providing training, coaching, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Assigns, monitors, and reviews staff workloads to ensure assignments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develops and completes Continuous Performance Management plans, employee evaluations, and related supervisory documentation.
• Reviews and approves employee leave requests and monitors attendance and performance in accordance with departmental policies.
• Addresses staff disputes, client complaints, and conflicts related to participation in assigned programs.
• Reviews applications, forms, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
• Serves as a liaison among staff, clients, management, and other organizational units while coordinating office administrative needs, including supplies, purchase requisitions, and time administration. Position-Specific Details:
