At Paychex, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career, make a meaningful impact, and be part of something bigger as One Paychex.OverviewThe Funding Reconciliation Specialist - AP is responsible for identifying current and prospective clients that work with VMS systems, determining best method for funding, educating external clients and internal employees on funding processes, and completing true ups routinely to ensure accuracy. The primary focus will be funding directly from VMS systems and completing weekly true up activity for clients.ResponsibilitiesThe shift is Monday - Friday, approx. 8:30 am - 5:00 pm ET. Candidates for this role may not be located in CA.This position is available for US based applicants only.Identify how best to utilize VMS systems for funding and true up processes and document for executionIdentify, recommend, and implement strategies through the use of these systems to managementWork closely with Service and Implementation teams on prospects using VMS systemsWork with existing clients on how these systems impact the funding process and supply data to the funding team for funding and true upsMaintains metrics related to these systemsOther tasks as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting related - Required3 years of experience in banking/finance/accounting environment with emphasis on commercial credit and VMS systems.CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
