The Office Associate / Box Truck Driver is a hybrid position that primarily supports office and administrative operations within the warehouse and distribution department. The individual will spend a significant portion of the shift performing clerical work, data entry, paperwork, documentation, and monitoring drivers and daily operations.

This role will also be responsible for driving company vehicles and supporting delivery and transportation operations as needed. The individual must be comfortable driving company vehicles, completing deliveries, and assisting with transportation-related responsibilities. During the final portion of the shift, the individual will assist with basic warehouse activities, including inventory organization, receiving, packing, and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have previous driving experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to safely operate company vehicles.

Schedule:

• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Full-time position

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles as part of the regular responsibilities of the position.
• Complete deliveries and provide transportation support as needed.
• Safely operate company vehicles and follow all applicable driving, vehicle, and safety procedures.
• Complete required vehicle inspections and report any vehicle issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform daily clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork, documentation, and record keeping.
• Monitor drivers and assist with tracking schedules, activities, and daily operations.
• Maintain accurate and organized driver and operational records.
• Assist with coordinating communication between drivers, warehouse personnel, supervisors, and other departments.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other company systems to complete administrative tasks.
• Review paperwork and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with resolving basic operational issues and communicate more complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks during the final portion of the shift, including receiving, packing, inventory, and organization.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office and work environment.
• Follow all company, warehouse, vehicle, safety, and operational procedures.

Skills & Abilities:

• Must be punctual, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Must have previous professional driving experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Must be comfortable driving company vehicles and completing deliveries as part of the regular responsibilities of the position.
• Ensure and maintain appropriate packaging inventory for products.
• Perform work with little supervision and take initiative when needed.
• Must be efficient and a team player.
• Must be punctual and perform tasks in a timely manner.
• Must be able to perform fast, repetitive tasks at an efficient and precise level.
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems); keyboarding skills preferred.
• Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possess a working knowledge of relevant subject matter.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.
• Previous professional driving experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Must have the ability to safely operate company vehicles and complete deliveries as part of the regular responsibilities of the position.
• Must be able to drive a forklift and organize materials.
• Licensed stand-up and sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
• Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.

The salary for this role is $22.50/hour.

Requirements

• Must be over 21 years of age.

• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.

• Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.

• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
• Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Must be able to complete repeated twisting, grasping, reaching, turning, stooping, and lifting activities throughout shift and for prolonged periods of time.

This role operates in a cannabis manufacturing setting where exposure to fine plant particles, such as dust from grinding or trimming, is common. The company provides all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain safety and comfort while working in this environment
