Physician Assistant (PA) On-Site Telehealth Provider

A healthcare organization in Canarsie, Brooklyn, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to provide patient care through telehealth.

Location: Canarsie, Brooklyn, NY

Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM

Salary: $155,000$175,000 annually

Important: This is not a remote or work-from-home position. The provider must work on-site from the organization's Canarsie office while conducting patient appointments virtually.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual patient evaluations and follow-up visits

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Review medical histories, medications, laboratory results, and diagnostic reports

Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications when appropriate

Provide patient education and preventive-care guidance

Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals

Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Maintain professional and efficient communication with patients and the clinical team

Requirements

Active New York State Physician Assistant license

Strong primary care or adult medicine experience

Comfortable evaluating and treating patients through telehealth

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team

Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic medical records

Must be available to work on-site in Canarsie Monday through Friday
