Pay:  $85,000-$95,000/year DOE
Schedule: Full-Time

Are you a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician who's ready to take the next step into leadership? We're looking for an experienced  Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical and lighting projects from kickoff to completion.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend most of your time in the field leading crews, coordinating projects, solving problems, and making sure every job is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead commercial electrical and lighting projects from start to finish.
• Supervise, mentor, and support field electricians.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and daily project schedules.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding project progress and timelines.
• Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure materials arrive when needed.
• Maintain project documentation, work orders, reports, punch lists, and closeout paperwork.
• Attend customer meetings, job walks, and utility coordination meetings.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with NEC and company standards.
• Help keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

What We're Looking For

• Current  Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician License .
• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience .
• Proven experience leading electrical crews and managing projects.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and project management software.
• Valid Colorado driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and keep jobs moving forward.

Preferred Experience

• Commercial electrical construction.
• Lighting retrofit and energy-efficiency projects.
• Electrical service and maintenance.
• Working with utilities, inspectors, and general contractors.
• Underground locating equipment.
• Commercial, industrial, and retail electrical projects.
