Orants.ai is looking for a Freelance B2B Sales - US IT Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients in the Information Technology industry, helping to connect them with top-tier talent to fulfill their recruitment needs.

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth by leveraging your expertise in IT recruitment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their hiring challenges and provide tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and recruitment in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients
Identify and engage potential clients in the US IT sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Understand client requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction
Track sales performance and report on metrics and outcomes
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of the US IT job market and recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Experience in using CRM software and sales tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
