Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor nurse position located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing patient care in a fast-paced environment where nurses care for patients in hallways as well as bays. The responsibilities include supporting a rotating day and night schedule, working every other weekend and holiday, with a focus on adapting to a high-activity setting that differs from traditional inpatient units.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 1+ years of travel experience; valid nursing certifications; current licensure; flexible to work rotating day/night shifts and weekends/holidays.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fast-paced clinical environments; familiarity with hallway patient care.
• Additional Information: This environment requires nurses to move between care areas frequently, managing patient needs, medications, and supplies efficiently due to the high activity and rapid pace.
