Dell Territory Sales Representative

Job Overview Job Type: Regular. Location: Market - DELLFSM - Fort Worth, TX. 2020 Companies is hiring a full‑time Brand Representative to represent our client, Dell. About the Job: The Brand Representative (BA) will primarily be responsible for building relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores, cultivating excitement about the Dell brand and products. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create thoughtful and positive interactions with both store associates and prospective customers. Daily Responsibilities Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis. Leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products. Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside stores, including shoppers and retail associates. Educate retail associates on latest Dell offerings. Maintain Dell’s retail brand standards by inspecting displays and marketing materials. Travel within the assigned territory to visit retailers, generating brand excitement. Conduct experience events to engage Retail Sales Associates and customers. Execute resets, including placement or removal of devices and marketing material. Provide market intelligence: marketplace trends, consumer insights, competitor pricing, incentives, promotions, and customer sentiment. Drive sales productivity through high‑quality sales interactions with customers. Build and maintain vertical affiliate distribution relationships. Educate customers while making product recommendations. Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics monthly and quarterly. Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities, and best practices. Collect customer feedback and provide sales/marketing channel insight and recommendations. Ensure current products are displayed, functional, and clean; set retail display resets and refreshes as needed. Schedule and facilitate sales and product training with front‑line store associates and managers. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred. 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation. Strong multi‑tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment. Travel within 70 miles of the Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other markets. Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage. Compensation & Benefits $18 per hour, based on market location and candidate experience. Weekly pay with next day pay on-demand through DailyPay. Paid virtual training. Annual incentive up to $4,000, paid out quarterly. Eligible for benefits and 401(k). Dell PC device provided after completion of new hire orientation. Paid travel time and mileage. Paid time off.
