Nurse Educator

Role Full-Time Nurse Educator responsible for providing clinical instruction and fostering student growth in nursing education. Key Responsibilities Delivering clinical training at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites. Creating an environment conducive to academic and professional development. Preparing progress and grade reports, maintaining attendance records. Evaluating student competency using program-aligned assessment tools. Participating in faculty meetings and maintaining professional qualifications through continuing education. Performing additional duties as assigned by program leadership. Qualifications & Skills MSN and valid State RN License required. Minimum 3 years of recent nursing experience. Preferred: prior teaching experience. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to supervise students in clinical settings and deliver effective lessons at RN or PN level.
