Job Duties

• Perform in-process visual inspection of PCB assemblies on our SMT lines in accordance with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards
• Identify, document, and communicate defects at each stage of the SMT process to prevent escapes and downstream rework
• Support quality compliance, accurate record-keeping, and continuous improvement on the production floor
• Other duties as assigned by the lead
• Hourly, non-exempt, full-time position

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident.
• Minimum 1-2 years of in-process or final inspection experience in a PCB/SMT manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to read technical drawings, use measuring tools, and possess knowledge of IPC-610 standards.
• Ability to identify common SMT and through-hole solder defects by visual inspection
• Experience reading assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
