What You’ll Do The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as the primary recruiting partner for their assigned markets, ensuring an exceptional experience for both the candidate and the hiring manager.This role helps attract and engage talent aligned with Newport Healthcare’s mission, vision, and values. Key responsibilities include: Developing strong partnerships with local leadership, HR business partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft effective recruiting strategies Leading the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy, screening, interviewing, offer development, negotiation, and onboarding coordination Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on recruiting best practices, labor market trends, compensation competitiveness, and selection decisions Collaborating with the Talent Sourcing Specialist to develop pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions Coaching hiring managers on interviewing techniques, selection practices, and employment compliance, to improve hiring quality and consistency Representing Newport Healthcare at community events, professional associations, colleges, job fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen employer brand awareness What Makes You a Great Fit High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Minimum two (2) years of recruiting experience or equivalent professional experience, ideally working with full life-cycle recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Experience in behavioral health or healthcare (preferred) Ability to spend one day per week onsite and to travel as needed (valid driver’s license required) Strong analytical, research, and organization skills, along with a working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment processes Great connector who can build constructive and effective relationships with all kinds of people, both inside and outside the organization Excellent communicator who can deliver an exceptional candidate experience—maintaining timely communication, providing consistent updates, and practicing diplomacy and tact Compensation Range: $70,000 -$100,000 annually #J-18808-Ljbffr Newport Academy
