Marketing Coordinator

Job Description Marketing Coordinator- General Administrative Marketing / Local Liaison / Onsite Administrative Duties Are you interested in a career in marketing with upward mobility and an opportunity to learn from experts in the industry? We’re in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our orthodontic office in accomplishing our marketing objectives including building brand awareness and driving patient referrals. An excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas. Job includes training for general front desk/answering calls with a main focus on calls on healthcare providers within a specific geographic area and travel among our locations, along with participation in community programs and events, in-office marketing programs, and social platform support. Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly Responsibilities: 30 hours/week Ensure incoming new patient leads are responded to in a timely manner Oversee referring doctor relationships and monthly gifting Assists in digital content for social media platforms and digital advertising Coordinate community event preparation and execution to bring in new patients Support practices in-office marketing efforts along with handling inventory Perform all other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team setting Able to solve issues and problems creatively Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with team members and external contacts at all levels Well-developed written and oral communication skills Ability to manage several projects simultaneously Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred Minimum of 1 yr experience in outside business-to-business sales/marketing, operations, or marketing with a proven track record of success, 2 years preferred About Company We are a 3 doctor orthodontic specialty office with 3 locations in the Northern Virginia region providing quality, exceptional care to our patients.
