Project Engineer

Civil EngineerGeo-Logic Associates (GLA) is a privately-held, multidisciplinary, geologic, geotechnical, hydrogeologic, civil, and environmental consulting firm. Our highly experienced professionals manage projects through 30 US office locations and an office in Peru. GLA is currently seeking an experienced full-time Civil Engineer to support civil/site infrastructure, solid waste, mining, and environmental remediation projects. Projects focus on solid waste facilities and may also include general civil engineering design, stormwater hydrologic and hydraulic design, geotechnical design, and mining facilities. Projects typically also include significant regulatory compliance components.Required Qualifications:Bachelors of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related fieldColorado PE license or ability to obtain same by endorsement5 years of previous work experience in solid waste management, site/civil, and stormwater designAdvanced AutoCAD Civil 3D skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, HydroCAD, and other related civil engineering software applicationsCapability to work well individually and in groups/teamsPreferred Qualifications:Existing established client relationships a plusFamiliarity with federal, state and local environmental regulations for waste disposal and mining sitesExperience with landfill gas extraction system design and/or operation a plusOSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certifiedAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeCandidate Must:Be eligible to work in the United StatesPossess a valid driver's licensePass a pre-employment physical and drug screenPay range: $65,700 to $100,500, commensurate with experienceGLA offers a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, vacation leave, sick leave and profit sharing.
