Quality Engineer

Job Summary Interface with all branches for quality escapes both internal and external. Maintain quality charts, graphs and facilitate rapid root cause at all branches. Work on Continuous Improvement projects with branches to improve quality and reduce escapes. Responsibilities Meet Customer requirements for Quality Metrics Interface with Branch Quality Leadership on all quality issues Ensure all branches meet root cause and customer metrics Six Sigma Greenbelt trained/certified a plus Extensive knowledge of inspection processes and controls PC literacy (for example, Excel, Word, data entry, computer transactions) required Ability to read prints and drawings Good written and verbal communication skills Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Has knowledge in Quality Science Arena Knowledge of Aerospace Root Cause & Corrective Action including Continuous Improvement Preferred Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Related field 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing and quality control methods and techniques Be AS9100 auditor certified or ability to become AS9100 auditor Compensation $80K - $85K + Monthly Incentives Benefits Overview Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance and Disability Voluntary Wellness Programs 401(k) or RRSP programs with Company Match Paid Vacation and Holidays Tuition Reimbursement And more!
