As an Outside Sales Representative, you will spend the majority of your time in the field developing new business, opening doors, and growing your territory. What You'll Do Introduce physicians, nurses, office staff, and healthcare professionals to our services and solutions Develop and manage accounts throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth territory Generate new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and in-person visits Build strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers Navigate gatekeepers using persistence, professionalism, and strong communication skills Own your market by growing territory revenue and driving results Represent Pivotal Health with confidence, integrity, and consistency Maintain regular field activity and territory reporting Who You Are Goal-oriented, resilient, and comfortable building business from the ground up Experienced in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, automotive, business development, or similar customer-focused industries Confident engaging decision-makers and building lasting relationships Self-motivated and able to work independently in an outside sales environment Driven by performance-based compensation and career advancement opportunities Passionate about helping people while delivering meaningful healthcare solutions What We Offer Base salary: $45,000-$55,000 DOE Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential Comprehensive sales training, onboarding, and ongoing support Clear performance expectations and advancement opportunitiesOops, I accidentally added a stray line. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of customer service, outside sales, business development, or related experience preferred Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Professional presentation and relationship-building abilities Proficient computer and mobile technology skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth territory daily Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment Associate degree or higher preferred but not required Healthcare industry experience or knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required Ability to meet established goals, deadlines, and performance expectations Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
