Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to support complex litigation matters for a premier litigation boutique firm through document review, e-discovery, and legal analysis. This Long-term Contract opportunity is based in California and offers a 40-hour work week in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, excellent research capabilities, and the ability to work independently while contributing to active case teams.Responsibilities:• Review large volumes of case materials to assess relevance, identify privileged content, and support discovery strategy using Relativity and similar review platforms.• Conduct targeted legal research and help develop factual records for business and commercial litigation matters.• Examine document sets to surface critical evidence, recognize patterns, and help shape case themes for legal professionals handling active disputes.• Support discovery execution by preparing materials for production, organizing case information, and maintaining accuracy throughout the review process.• Partner with litigation teams to provide ongoing assistance across document review, e-discovery workflows, and related case management activities.• Manage assigned work efficiently in a remote setting while maintaining high quality and meeting matter deadlines.
