Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $50,000-$65,000 per year
Schedule: Hybrid (Monday and Friday WFH) and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays work from the office. Typically 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate IOP Therapist / Treatment Coordinator to provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents (ages 8-18), and their families. The position involves individual, group, and family therapy, treatment coordination, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team. Services are delivered through a hybrid virtual and in-person model.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
Manage a caseload of up to 10 IOP participants.
Develop and monitor treatment and discharge plans.
Coordinate care with families, schools, and outpatient providers.
Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and other clinical professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in daily team meetings.
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Maryland clinical license, such as LGPC, LMSW, or LGPAT, or a pending eligible license application.
Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality
