As the Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our community and play a vital role in creating a positive first impression through professionalism, compassion, and exceptional customer service.

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, vendors, and community partners with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Provide continuous front desk coverage during scheduled hours and coordinate coverage when necessary.

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls promptly while taking accurate messages.

• Assist visitors with check-in/check-out procedures and ensure all visitor policies are followed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and lobby.

• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, copying, scanning, mailing, and data entry.

• Provide clerical support to various departments, including payroll and administrative functions.

• Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate ordering to maintain adequate stock levels.

• Assist residents with call systems, service requests, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.

• Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

• Experience with multi-line phone systems and office equipment preferred.
