THE ROLE Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness, ensuring seamless product flow, inventory control, and merchandise accuracy in alignment with business priorities Execute weekly and monthly cycle counts and lead annual inventory processes to ensure proper inventory levels, accuracy, and accountability across all categories Manage product deliveries, defectives through CEGID, and stockroom organization Partner with sales team to fulfill client requests and provide floor support as needed Ensure proper supply replenishment and on hand level management Continuously refine processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize shrink, and uphold Thom Browne’s standards THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Minimum 1–2 years of Retail Operations and/or Inventory Management experience Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable working autonomously, as well as partnering with team members Excellent communication, follow up and interpersonal skills Proven analytical skills, strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel WHAT WE OFFER YOU Thom Browne Classic Uniform 401(k) company match Diverse and inclusive working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
