Imagine Your Next Build in Milwaukee, WI

You’re handed a detailed print. Tolerances are tight. The finish must be flawless. You set up, strike an arc, and lay down a clean, consistent bead—every time. That’s the impact you’ll have here as a Precision TIG Welding Technician. 1st shift available.

What You Will Do

Execute TIG welds on diverse materials to meet strict specifications and visual standards.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and complete work accurately.
Troubleshoot weld and process issues to remove bottlenecks and sustain throughput.
Collaborate with peers to streamline welding methods and elevate efficiency.
Follow safety practices and keep your work area clean and organized.
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure consistent output.

What Makes You a Fit

Hands-on TIG welding experience; MIG capability is a welcome bonus.
Comfortable reading and applying information from engineering prints.
Logical problem-solver with a quality-driven mindset.
Detail-oriented communicator who works well with a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.
