About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in its transformative journey. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Group CEO, driving strategic initiatives, leading cross-functional programs, and shaping critical decisions that will impact the business on a global scale. The ideal candidate for this role at the company is a top-tier MBA graduate with a background in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development. They should have a minimum of 5-7 years' post-MBA experience, exceptional judgment, analytical rigor, and a strong bias for action. The role demands a professional with intellectual curiosity, low ego, and a hunger to build a serious leadership career. The Chief of Staff will be a key player in the company's mission to exceed customer expectations and support their journey in the global market.
