About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief, Breast Surgery to play a pivotal role in advancing its nationally recognized Breast Center. The successful candidate will serve as Co-Director of the Breast Center, leading and innovating in breast surgical practices to ensure the delivery of exceptional, personalized patient care. This leadership position also involves close collaboration with the Director of Women’s Imaging, supporting resident and medical student education, and contributing to quality improvement efforts. The Chief will be responsible for maintaining compliance with accreditation standards, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, and representing the department at various events. Applicants must be MD or DO, board-certified in general surgery, and fellowship-trained in breast surgery, with a proven record of clinical excellence and leadership. The role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on collaborative team building, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing or leading surgical teams or departments and be dedicated to ongoing professional development.
