Job Description

Solo Printing is seeking an experienced Account Representative to join our team. This is a sales role responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services, managing the sales process, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Pursue and develop prospective clients through call lists, internet research, referrals, professional directories, and personal outreach.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with current customers.
• Use the sales process to manage opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Build a sales plan to reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Work with team members to deliver on time, maximize profits, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to take part in job skill training.
• Ability to travel.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience in commercial printing is a plus but not required.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting salary of $52,000 plus commission
• Uncapped commission structure
• Yearly income potential of $150,000+
