About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel - Sourcing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the primary legal expert in all matters related to the global sourcing of commodities, parts, and finished goods. This includes structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, as well as providing legal advice to support the company's growth initiatives. The role also involves being the key legal liaison for intracompany sourcing and working closely with various business functions to identify and mitigate legal risks. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate, a minimum of 12 years of legal experience, and a strong background in transactional law, particularly in the areas of supply chain, sales, and technology issues. Applicants for the Associate General Counsel - Sourcing position at the company should have a proven track record of leadership, a commitment to integrity, and a focus on business growth.
