OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent pediatric position working in both outpatient & acute care with the opportunity to work with a high level of medically complex patients. In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior OT with over a decade of experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for someone who is just looking for their next "job," but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Servant leader mindset Passion for pediatric patients Desire to partner alongside parents Coachable and eager to grow Excellent communication skills across all levels Collaborative, team-building personality style Experience preferred H-1 B visa sponsorship not available
