Aftermarket Sales Consultant

Job Title

We are looking for someone to create a fun and exciting atmosphere while selling and customizing vehicles with automotive accessories in a car dealership setting, all while enjoying a competitive salary plus commission pay structure. No experience necessary!

We will provide training to help you succeed in this role.

Essential Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals for automotive accessories and vehicle customization services while earning a competitive base salary plus commission on sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with dealership customers and help them personalize their vehicle to their taste, all with flexible work schedule.
• Learn about the latest product information and market trends to effectively educate customers on available automotive accessories and customization options.
• Assist customers in selecting the best accessories and customizations to meet their needs and enhance their vehicle.
• Process sales transactions and handle customer payments for both accessories and customization services in accordance with dealership policies.
• Coordinate with the dealership's inventory management team to ensure proper inventory levels and restocking of automotive accessories as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchase and dealership experience.
• Attend product training sessions and sales meetings as required by the dealership management, all while having fun and working in a dynamic team environment. Must be outgoing and people oriented.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, people-oriented, and customer-focused personality.
• Willingness to learn automotive accessories and customization options (training provided).
• Basic sales aptitude and motivation to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Comfortable working with commission-based pay structures.
• Ability to follow dealership policies and procedures.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Interest in cars, automotive accessories, or vehicle customization.
• Previous customer service or retail experience.
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory tools).
• Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings if required.
