Marketing Assistant

To support a growing marketing team, the remote Marketing Assistant will coordinate events, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the procurement of branded materials while ensuring smooth operational execution in a contract role. Key responsibilities Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows and market-facing events, managing logistics and attendee coordination Oversee the procurement and inventory of marketing collateral, ensuring materials are on-brand and delivered on time Manage vendor relationships, tracking performance and delivery timelines while obtaining quotes and recommendations Required qualifications Experience in event coordination or marketing operations Fluency in both English and Mandarin Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools Based in Taiwan and comfortable working in a remote, distributed team
