Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant Charles Ross & Son Company in Hauppauge, New York, a leader in industrial mixing and blending equipment, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will support our marketing and communications efforts across print, digital, and social media channels. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities: Monitor print publications to ensure correct ad placements. Track invoices, billing, and insertion orders for advertising. Research and draft press releases, case studies, and marketing content. Create and schedule posts for social media platforms. Assist with video editing and production using Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, and camera and lighting equipment. Support the marketing team with general administrative and project coordination tasks. Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required).
