What You ll Do

• Deliver advanced neonatal care to critically ill and premature neonates in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with a team of 9 neonatologists and 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Manage complex neonatal cases, including high-acuity and regional referral cases across coastal Georgia
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and family-centered initiatives
• Support resident rotations and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts
• Utilize advanced NICU resources and technology to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain documentation aligned with hospital and regulatory standards

What You Need
Required:

• Active Georgia RN licensure and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Prior experience preferred but not mandatory (new graduates considered)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level IV NICU or equivalent setting
• Knowledge of advanced neonatal protocols and multimodal care
