Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain before start date
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience is highly desirable
• Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs for a diverse student population
• Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in speech, language, and communication disorders
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and diagnostics for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop tailored intervention plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to students in various grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents on student progress and strategies
• Maintain detailed therapy and progress documentation in compliance with all requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities
