Medical Frontdesk Associate

Job Overview As a Frontdesk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. This role is crucial to ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual Schedule appointments and maintain accurate appointment calendars Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities At WiseMind Innovations LLC, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
