Job Title: Graphics Installer (Full-Time)**

Comp: 50-75k

We are a tight-knit large format graphics studio serving clients across the Atlanta metro, and we are looking for a Lead Installer who takes real ownership of every job from the first site survey to the final photo. • Conduct thorough site surveys to verify measurements, assess surfaces, and identify potential issues before materials arrive

• Install high quality graphics on diverse surfaces including walls, windows, floors, ceilings, dimensional letters, and small signage

• Execute full and partial commercial vehicle wraps using proper cutting, heat application, and adhesion techniques (strong wrap experience is essential)

• Serve as the professional, client-facing representative on every job — communicating clearly, managing expectations, solving issues on the spot, and ensuring clients are thrilled with the finished result

• Document completed work with photos and deliver thorough job closeouts

• Support the production team when not in the field, including taping, weeding, masking, and order fulfillment

• Collaborate with the team on complex jobs to review details, timelines, and installation requirements

• 2 or more years of hands-on large format graphics installation experience with solid proficiency in vehicle wraps, wall murals, window film, and vinyl graphics (3M, Avery, and similar materials)

• Strong skills in vinyl production processes including taping, weeding, and masking

• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a job from start to finish, anticipate problems, and solve them independently

• Professional presence and strong communication skills with the ability to represent a customer-first approach on every site visit

• Physical ability to handle the demands of indoor and outdoor work including lifting up to 30 pounds

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
