Job Description The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Projects - D.C. will be responsible for: Assisting Project Managers with the planning and administration of construction projects. Supporting project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities. Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met. Reviewing contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Preparing and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports. Monitoring project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Assisting with procurement and material tracking. Participating in project meetings and maintain accurate records. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project requirements. Supporting closeout activities, including punch lists and final documentation. The Successful Applicant The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Projects - D.C. should have: 3+ years of project management experience with a general contractor Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
