Salon Manager – Lead, Inspire & Grow with Great Clips
Great Clips is looking for an experienced Salon Manager who brings strong leadership, professionalism, and a positive mindset. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with engaged owners and leadership teams who are committed to your development. Through practical training, a supportive team environment, and defined paths for advancement, this role offers long-term career growth rather than just a position.
Earn $20–$35+ per hour (hourly + tips + bonuses)

What You’ll Do
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of stylists
• Create a positive, upbeat salon environment clients love
• Stay active behind the chair while managing daily operations
• Drive salon performance, goals, and team success
• Support hiring, training, and team development
