Join our elevated dining team as a Server. Our award winning restaurant specializes in Chinese cuisine, specialty tiki cocktails in a beautiful, stylish dining room. You'll become an expert in Asian food and understand why the Oriental Wok experience keeps loyal guests returning for nearly 50 years!
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly with attention to detail
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience
- Set up and maintain clean tables and dining areas
- Handle payment transactions using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the service area
- Demonstrate menu knowledge
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in food service
- Must be able to dress and appear professional while on shift
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with POS system operation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
