Business Development Manager - Financial Wellness Solutions

As a Business Development Manager within PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions, you will primarily be based in Troy, MI or Toledo, OH. Job Description Acquire new clients across financial wellness solutions, focusing on growing sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals. Typically works with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity of needs, under higher degree of supervision. With direction, acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of non‑credit products and services. Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating different types of risk such as regulatory, reputational and operational risks. Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being, increasing client engagement and loyalty. Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients, expand existing clients and enhance the client experience. Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities. Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate and inform on financial wellness solutions product knowledge, industry benchmarking and solution positioning. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience and education.
