Urgent Hiring for Scrum Master C2c requirement

Position: Scrum Master Location: Chicago, IL Introduction: F2F Role Descriptions 8+ years experience as scrum master for software development projects. Experience in ADO (Azure Dev Ops). Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement. Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (SAFe, XP, etc.). Excellent communication and servant leadership skills. Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution ability. Outstanding organizational skills. Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field. Scrum master certification is a plus. Experience with software development life cycle, waterfall, and agile principles. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Experience understanding technical issues at a high level. Experience using Agile/Project Management Tools: Azure Dev Ops, JIRA. Ensures Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) concepts and principles are adhered to, allowing teams to perform and accelerate delivery. Proficient in planning, organizing, and facilitating Scrum and SAFe events. Identifies, tracks, and resolves delivery impediments to optimize delivery flow. Develops and analyzes various reports and artifacts to ensure planned work is delivered within the sprint/release by the delivery team. Monitors, measures, and reports on project progress to management/leadership. Monitors and assesses team health and continuous improvement. Essential Skills Ensures Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) concepts and principles are adhered to, allowing teams to perform and accelerate delivery.
